An operational executive with over 20 years of experience in building cost-effective solutions for the manufacturing sector ranging from housing, agriculture, and automotive. Leads the overall design, build, and implementation team at ekō.
Amanda Kruse
Stetson Schaible
Stetson has multiple years of experience as an operational manager and production engineer for ekō and its predecessor in charge of operational management and design engineering. Prior to ekō Stetson worked for government contractors and general contractors in terms of high-value real-time logistics and management.
Josh Caleau
Josh has been leading the ordering and purchasing for ekō and its predecessor CSI. His prior experience includes time at Edward Jones as a branch office administrator as well as bookkeeping and accounting functions at the Premier Bank of the South. Josh received his bachelor's degree from Florida College.
Stephanie Conzelman
Stephanie Conzelman is an experienced communications leader, with expertise in communications, sales, client relations and corporate social responsibility initiatives across the public sector, nonprofits, and NGOs with a passion for CSR and social good. Prior to joining Land Betterment, Stephanie was with 3BL Media where she developed a reputation as a go-to resource, relationship builder and leader within the CSR news distribution industry assisting both public and private, and non-profit and for-profit organizations around the world communicate about their CSR, Sustainability, Social Impact and ESG work. During her 30+ year career, she has worked in the banking, art auction and investor relations fields as well as founding her own company greenSpaces – a sustainability education company focused on helping schools, local businesses, and homeowners see not only the health but financial benefits of becoming sustainable. She has a bachelor's degree from St. Lawrence University and in her spare time is a private lesson ski coach for Aspen Skiing Company.
Lyndsay Kline
Lyndsay comes from an extensive and deep experience of managing a broad array of social media communications, with her most recent work as a manager of the social media platforms for a nonprofit organization. Her work included driving awareness and interactions among its group and expanding the reach of the nonprofit.
